Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

For live break purchases, orders will be shipped after the break is completed and all items are sorted and packaged.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.


Combined Shipping

We automatically combine multiple orders when possible to save on shipping costs.
If you place multiple orders, they may be shipped together in one package.


Packaging

All items are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.
Sports cards are shipped using:

  • Penny sleeves
  • Top loaders or card savers
  • Team bags
  • Bubble mailers or boxes (depending on order size)

Sealed products are shipped in protective packaging to prevent damage.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates.


Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Break City Sports is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Break City Sports is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Carrier delays

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will assist in filing a claim.


International Shipping

We currently (offer / do not offer) international shipping.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes.
